hello, i was wondering what quest to take to lead me to the eternal grove mission from house zu heltzer?

or do i need to make that 10k faction first before the count will port me there?

After you finish the 10k Faction quest the Count will give you another quest. With this, you have to go to some outposts to get to this area and talk to some people and make sure they don't die.

I would clear the area first before talking to them and make sure the path is clear.
